Jack Straw attended a debate on Constitutional Reform following proposals outlined in the Queen’s Speech of 6 November 2007.
In her speech marking the opening of the Parliamentary year, Her Majesty the Queen announces proposals to “renew the constitutional settlement, and strengthen the relationship between government, parliament and the people”.
