While the MoJ has been considering engagement broadly through its publication of a discussion paper on deliberative engagement mechanisms, DBERR have today published a revised code of conduct on consultations. This code is based on the results of a review of Government consultations in 2007 involving many people who regularly respond to Government consultations.
